How do I meet the driver at the airport?

The driver will be at the arrivals gate with a sign with your name on it. Please look out for him/her.

How will the driver know what time to get to the airport ?

All incoming flights are Monitored for arrival times via screens in our office, we dispatch your driver to arrive at the airport at about the same time as your flight lands. Try it for yourself, have a look at the live flight arrivals for Gatwick Airport.

How long will the driver wait for me?

The driver will wait for you up to 90 minutes after your flight lands. After 90 minutes, the driver will make enquiries about you; if the driver cannot find or contact you, the driver will leave the airport.

What if I fail to meet my driver at the arrival gate?

Sometimes weather/traffic problems can delay a driver, or it may be that the car parks are full and the driver cant get parked. With all of our booking confirmations, you are given a telephone number; PLEASE bring that with you. It is the ONLY way you have of contacting us from the airport.

What if I still fail to contact my driver?

Once you have made a booking with us, along with your confirmation, you will also be given the name and cell phone number of the driver doing your transfer. You should always call this cell phone number first.

How long the journey will take?

That really depends on where you are going and what time of day it is. If you are going to central London, allow 1-1.5 hours if you are coming into Heathrow or Stansted, and 1-2 hours if you are coming into Gatwick. Traffic in London is unpredictable; we use all sorts of information to help us with the times, including Live London Traffic Cameras to help us.
